The design was accurate and matched what I expected. I was happy with how close it looked, then suddenly I got way more excited about it than I thought I would. Overall, solid.

"The proofing process just dragged on too long..."
The proofing process just dragged on too long. I’d ask for changes, then somehow some of them would get missed, and then I’d have to follow up again, which got old fast. I get that mistakes happen, but it felt like I was doing too much chasing just to get things moving. The final result wasn’t enough to make up for the hassle, at least for me.

My delivery showed up late again, and it was more stressful than I expected. I had planned my day around it arriving on time, so waiting around and not knowing when it would actually get here was really frustrating...

"Quality wasn’t what I expected"
The tags looked okay when I first got them, but the print started wearing off after short time. The edges also felt little rough, which was disappointing. For the price, I was expecting it to hold up better. It’s not a terrible product, just not really the quality I was hoping for.

Had a little issue with my order, but support got back to me super quick and sorted it out right away. They were really nice about it too. Defintely would order again...

They got back to me quick whenever I had questions. One reply did take a little longer, which had me side-eyeing my inbox like maybe my message got sent to some secret back room, but it was fine. Overall, communication was good, clear, and easy enough.

I had an issue with my tags support wasn’t much help. They just kept giving me the same kind of answers over and over, and it took days to hear back each time. In the end, nothing really got fixed. Kinda felt like once they had my money, they weren’t too worried about helping me out.

"Ordering worked, but the site felt a little clunky"
I ordered from logotags.com and, overall, it did what it needed to do, so I can’t really complain too much. I was able to upload/enter my design details, look everything over, see the pricing, and get the order placed in the end. That said, the whole process felt a bit clunky to me. A few pages loaded slower than I expected, and because the design details are kind of important, I found myself going back and double checking things more than once just to make sure I hadn’t missed anything or accidentally entered something wrong. The pricing was clear enough, which I appreciated, but the website itself could definitely be more user-friendly and smoother to move through. It wasn’t a bad experience, just not a super easy or polished one either

"Decent tags, but I expected a little more for the price"
The tags turned out fine overall, and I don’t really have any major complaints about the quality. I just have a certain standard when I’m paying a bit more, and the total cost felt slightly high for what I ended up getting. Not a bad experience, just not quite the value I was hoping for.

"Not enough customization for what I needed"
I went into logotags thinking I’d be able to make something fairly specific, but quickly the customization options started feeling limited.

The layouts and choices were more basic than I expected, and I couldn’t tweak things the way I wanted. After a while, it made me less confident that they could actually handle the kind of custom order I had in mind.

It might be fine if you just need something simple, but for me it didn’t feel flexible enough. I ended up giving up and looking somewhere else.

"I ordered some logo tags for..."
I ordered some logo tags for a small batch of my products, they made a good first impression. The colors were close to what I sent over, and they looked clean when they arrived, so I was excited to use them.
After a few weeks, though, I started noticing scratches, and some of the print was already wearing off. I get that nothing lasts forever, but when small businesses are paying for branded materials, it feels only fair that they should hold up to normal handling. They might be okay for something decorative or lightly used, but for the price, I was disappointed.

Maybe I misunderstood the turnaround time or expected too much, but my order felt like it took forever. It ended up arriving way past the timeframe they gave, which was frustrating
